Fanart - Peach and Boo Mario
Yesterday while playing some Super Mario Galaxy, my little sister was looking through the manual — she’s only five though so, you know, just looking at the pretty pictures. Anywho, suddenly she yells out “Oooh can you draw this pretty Princess?!” I was getting kinda sick of ‘Galaxy so I figured, what the hay.
When I was done with Peach I felt I was on a roll so I decided to throw in Boo Mario as a bonus too.
Sorry for the low res btw, I don’t have a scanner yet — which is pretty anti-freelance designer, I know -_-
Beaded Game Characters [Updated]
Some make game characters more realistic by “untooning” them, I do the opposite by “beading” them… Here’s a truncated repost of a few game characters I did way back using beads as a medium. Sort of pixel art you could say.
I might just have to steal Pixeloo’s idea though and try this out for myself as well, perhaps both “untooned” and “beaded” — call it an unofficial collaboration if you will :)
